He even tried to gaslight me and act as if it was abnormal for me to know my own mattress size. I have money and it's sad that I really wanted to go there yet he tried to be weird and send other expensive mattress places when I never said I wanted to or could find better. I was referred by a good customer that furnished his whole house through you guys and now you have Lost 2 customers. Don't go here. Unprofessional and rude.

What a great transaction! We confirmed which mattress, they were honest and matched the price on offer up, arranged for delivery a few hours later!! So nice to sleep on your bed the day you buy it. I bought the Simmons Beautyrest Silver. I've had the brand before. This was a legit real Beautyrest for 50-75% less than I'd pay at a mattress store. No upselling either. You can browse the showroom or just go and get what you came for. Nice family run business that cares about pricing fairly. I was surprised how convenient parking was as well. The location can be tricky to get to, it's in industrial area but once we got on the same street as the business it was clearly marked. Keep an open mind if you find them on offerup, I did business with them because the reviews made me feel confident that if there was an issues with the mattress I would have assistance. Other offers on offerup wanted me to meet at a storage unit and in most cases prices were same as this legit store. Thanks to everyone at Sleep Well....we did sleep well because we didn't overpay 🙂 Be back for some furnishings in the future.

The process of getting qualified for their loan literally only took 10 min. It was the fastest and easiest process. No credit checks. Only $50 down for the application. They even deliver and will set up your bedroom set for you!

This place is definitely cheaper than any other furniture warehouse store I've been to. They're straight to the point and deliver within 2 days. Definitely worth checking out!

  First let me make myself clear, these are wonderful people and want to help you.  They will go out of their way to make sure you are pleased.

That being said...... read more  I came to their store and was greeted right away.  I told the sales person what I was looking for and what my budget was.  They suggested a used "sanitized" mattress from a major strip hotel.  I liked the price, I liked the mattress and the deal was done.

After about a month, I went back to their store with no intention of getting anything but advice.  The mattress I bought had a "strong smell", a combination of "must and chemical".  I thought it was the sanitizer, but was told it was possibly the smell form the hotel.  Without hesitation, they offered me to exchange it for another which I did.  I got the second one home and quickly realized that mattress had a worse smell than the first one did.

I took that mattress back and was fully prepared to buy a brand new one.  The sales person offered and I paid the difference from the used mattress and got a new? Sealy mattress and box springs.  I asked and wanted to make sure and confirm it was brand new and was told, yes absolutely.

I got that new? set home and here comes the smell again (not as bad, but still there).  I had disposed of all my bedding and purchased new, so I knew it wasn't leftover from the previous mattresses.

WHAT IS THAT SMELL????  It smells like menthol and chemicals!  This new? mattress shouldn't smell like anything.  I'm truly frustrated.

Again, I want to say these people are nice, friendly and very helpful.  I'm not going to take this back (3rd time) and feel like an idiot, I'll just take the loss, dispose of this set and go to another store and sadly, spend more money.

If you're using a sanitizing solution, bed bug killer or whatever in your warehouse.  Please know that it smells and doesn't go away.  It actually gets worse as time goes on.  I'm not crazy, I've had friends and family members come over and verify they could smell it.

I'm not saying don't purchase from this company.  I just wanted to give you my experience.

  These people absolutely know what customer service is. Even if you're not satisfied with your mattress. They'll replace it or give you a refund. You really can't beat that. And... read more their prices are superb.
