I was referred by a good customer that furnished his whole house through you guys and now you have Lost 2 customers. Don't go here. Unprofessional and rude.

What a great transaction! We confirmed which mattress, they were honest and matched the price on offer up, arranged for delivery a few hours later!! So nice to sleep on your bed the day you buy it. I bought the Simmons Beautyrest Silver. I've had the brand before. This was a legit real Beautyrest for 50-75% less than I'd pay at a mattress store. No upselling either. You can browse the showroom or just go and get what you came for. Nice family run business that cares about pricing fairly. I was surprised how convenient parking was as well. The location can be tricky to get to, it's in industrial area but once we got on the same street as the business it was clearly marked. Keep an open mind if you find them on offerup, I did business with them because the reviews made me feel confident that if there was an issues with the mattress I would have assistance. Other offers on offerup wanted me to meet at a storage unit and in most cases prices were same as this legit store. Thanks to everyone at Sleep Well....we did sleep well because we didn't overpay 🙂 Be back for some furnishings in the future.

She told me (on Offer Up) that every item I inquired about was available. So I drive clear across town to their "store" and nothing is available. Total scam.

The process of getting qualified for their loan literally only took 10 min. It was the fastest and easiest process. No credit checks. Only $50 down for the application. They even deliver and will set up your bedroom set for you!

This place is definitely cheaper than any other furniture warehouse store I've been to. They're straight to the point and deliver within 2 days. Definitely worth checking out!

I was afraid my furniture was going to be cheap feeling "discount store" type furniture because the prices are so low, there's no way... read more it could be good quality, but I'm so glad I was wrong. I bought a king bed frame from them, along with a queen size mattress for my guest bedroom and king and queen size mattress boxes. The mattress feels amazing for how low cost it was, and my bed frame is the quality of one I would have paid $1000 for, but for half the price. Not only did they sell me great quality furniture and get me taken care of fast, but they really followed through on having great customer service and going above and beyond. When I was putting together my bed frame, the instructions had a picture of a part that wasn't included, so I was confused and didn't want to start putting it together without that part. I called the number of the employee that had sold me the furniture (sorry I don't remember the name) and he helped me to figure out whether or not the piece was supposed to be included or was actually missing. It even seemed like he knew off hand which bed frame it was and what comes included, which is very rare for someone selling so much furniture. It was a nice surprise. He told me that he believed the instructions were just labeled wrong and that I could start putting it together, and if it did turn out the piece was something that would be needed, he would figure out which piece it was and get it to me. I have never had anyone working in a sales position try so hard to make sure a customer is satisfied. I expected when I called to be told "sorry I can't help you", because with most places, once you buy something you're on your own. I'm so happy I came here for my furniture and will definitely be back when I need more. Thank you so to the employee who helped me over the phone, you made my day a lot less stressful and I'm so grateful.
